ഓൺലൈൻ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ആദ്യ തീയതിയിൽ പ്രായപരിധി കണക്കാക്കും. ഈ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള ഒരു ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥിക്ക് 18 വയസ്സ് തികഞ്ഞിരിക്കണം കൂടാതെ ഓൺലൈൻ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി പ്രകാരം യഥാക്രമം പുരുഷ/സ്ത്രീ സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികളുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ 33/38 വയസ്സിന് മുകളിലും അതിന് മുകളിലും പ്രായമുണ്ടായിരിക്കരുത്. (ഒബിസി ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് പ്രായപരിധി 3 വർഷം വരെ ഇളവ് ലഭിക്കും. 40 വയസ്സ് വരെ പ്രായമുള്ള ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്‌മെന്റൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് ഒരേ ലൈനിലോ അനുബന്ധ കേഡറിലോ സർക്കാരിൽ മൂന്ന് വർഷം തുടർച്ചയായ സേവനമുള്ളവർക്ക് നിയമങ്ങൾക്കും നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾക്കും ഉത്തരവുകൾക്കും അനുസൃതമായി ഈ തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം).
